Online purchasing of tickets, subscriptions, and special tickets does not include pre-sale fees and grants you easier and faster access to the Botanical Garden.

Tickets

Upon buying your ticket online, you will have to choose among preselected dates and time slots. It will not be possible to use tickets for other dates and/or time slots other than those selected during the purchasing process. Tickets must be printed or shown through an electronic device upon entry.

Subscriptions, GIFT tickets and special tickets “Riaperture e ritorni”

The special ticket "Riaperture e ritorni" entitles you to unlimited access to the Botanical Garden until 6th January 2022.  The "Riaperture e ritorni" card is offered at a special price of 15 euros for individuals and 30 euros for families (two adults and up to 3 people under 17 years old).

Individual and family subscriptions entitles you to unlimited access for one year from the issue date.


Extension of subscriptions, GIFT tickets and special tickets "Riaperture e ritorni"

  • Subscriptions and GIFT tickets issued between October and December 2019 are valid until 31st August 2021.
  • Subscriptions and GIFT tickets issued between February and July 2020 are valid until 31st December 2021.
  • Subscriptions and GIFT tickets issued between August and October 2020 are valid until 31st May 2022.
  • Special tickets "Riaperture e ritorni" issued between until 3rd November 2020 are valid until 31st July 2021.

 

Visitor regulations

Opening times

Entry to the Botanical Garden is allowed upon presentation of a ‘Green Pass’ (Covid-19 Green Certificate / EU digital COVID certificate), pursuant  to the provisions set forth by the Italian Government with regard to museums, institutes and cultural sites (Law Decree 23th July 2021, no. 105). Visitors must show the Green Pass at the entrance. These provisions do not apply to children aged under 12.

By purchasing the ticket, visitors accept the general rules for access to the Garden, pursuant to the current national and regional provisions and to the general Protocol for the control and containment of Covid-19 drawn up by the University of Padua, and they also declare:

  • to be aware of the measures to contain the spread of Covid-19 currently in force, as well as the related criminal penalties, including those concerning false declarations;
  • to be aware of the obligation to wear a face mask, with the exception of children under 6 years of age and people whose medical condition or disability are incompatible with it;
  • to be aware of the prohibition to enter or stay in the Botanical Garden in case of flu-like symptoms such as a fever above 37.5° C;
  • to be aware of the prohibition to enter for those who have had contacts with people tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, in compliance with the current quarantine and self-isolation measures set forth by the Ministry of Health;
  • to be aware of access to the Botanical Garden by those who have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 must be compliant with the current quarantine and self-isolation measures set forth by the Ministry of Health;
  • to be aware of the use of face mask in indoor or outdoor spaces is compliant with the national provisions for the containment of Covid-19;
  • to be aware of the obligation of a safety distance of at least 1 meter from other visitors even during stops and/or waiting periods;
  • to consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to European Regulation EU 2016/679 and Italian Law Decree 30th June 2003 no.196, for the purpose of booking and issuing the entrance ticket to the Botanical Garden.
